Tara Farm's Half Lamb - Primeline

YOU'VE WATCHED THEM GROW - NOW TASTE THE CAST
 
These are Primeline lambs, the same mob you’ve seen on the channel (Refer to 'Lambs Get Their Eviction Notice'). They dress out at 12.5–14.5 kg, giving you around 8–10 kg of meat - give or take. (It’s real food, not packaged crap, so I can’t guarantee it down to the gram.)
The image is of a WHOLE lamb, imagine 1/2 of that, that's what you'd get.
 
Your half lamb will be cut up into:
BBQ Chops
Cutlets
Loin Chops
Whole Leg Roast
Shank
Neck
Chunk
Ribs
Mince
 
You can also opt in for the bones, perfect for broth, dogs, or proving to dinner guests that you actually know where your food comes from.
From paddock to plate, this is as local and honest as it gets - raised right here on my family's farm, by Tara (and Typo, who supervised).
