These are Primeline lambs, the same mob you’ve seen on the channel. They dress out at around 26-29 kg, giving you roughly 18-22 kg of meat - give or take. (It’s real food, not packaged shit, so I can’t guarantee it exactly.)

From paddock to plate, this is as local and honest as it gets - raised right here on my family's farm, by Tara (and Typo, who thinks she's management).
