It's time.

Our lambs are pasture-raised and grain-finished towards the end of the season.

As I'm writing this, they're on an oat crop.

Processing will take place here in Victoria, and orders will be shipped directly to you.

 

Sold as DRESSED WEIGHT (hot carcass weight)

Whole 25 – 29kg, will be about 16 - 21kg of meat

Half Lamb 12.5 - 14.5kg, will be about 8 - 10.5kg of meat

(These are an estimate, this will vary lamb to lamb, depending on fat, trim, etc)
